A little about myself
I was born and raised in the Midwest. I went to undergrad in Madison, WI. Soon after graduating, I was set up on a blind date with my future husband. We welcomed our daughter in 2022 and
I am learning how to navigate my new role as mom. I love dogs and we have 2 fur babies. In my spare time, I find myself reading a good book, remodeling an old dollhouse, doing a puzzle, laughing at funny videos online, and singing to my favorite music. If the weather is nice, I enjoy going for walks and recently took up roller skating. We live in a historic home in Portage and love decorating it with fun decor and many plants.
My love of organizing started when I was a child. Putting my books in order and finding a place for everything in my room has always come naturally to me. That is not to say I was the perfect child, my room became messy every now and again, I just loved resetting it.
And still do to this day.
My view on a home
When I think of what a home is, the first things that come to mind are: comfort, love and refuge. This is what I keep in mind when working on my home and those of my clients. Your home should be comfortable and cozy; a place to relax and unwind. It should leave you with time to focus on love; love for yourself, your family, and the things you enjoy spending time doing. Your home serves as your refuge from the outside world.
A place to recover and recharge for another day.
